Coastal Balance Physio Torquay is a boutique physiotherapy and clinical pilates studio located in the vibrant seaside town of Torquay, Victoria.

Cindy Parks

Cindy has worked in private practice settings around the world – including Canada, New Zealand and Australia – since first graduating with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University, located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, in 2003.

Joh Cornish

Joh has over 12 years-experience working in the field of Physiotherapy and mindful movement practices (Pilates & Yoga). She has completed many physiotherapy professional development courses. Joh uses manual/soft tissue therapy, dry needling, craniosacral therapy, motor control retraining, mindfulness, and exercise-based rehabilitation, in treatment sessions.

Emily Centra

Emily graduated from La Trobe University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has worked in private practices across Melbourne since then, gaining experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries. Emily previously worked as head Physiotherapist for the Heidelberg Football Club for four years, and continues to have a special interest in rehabilitating sporting injuries.

Hannah is a physiotherapist with 18 years of experience, having dedicated most of her career serving in the army. During this time she gained an extensive wealth of experience treating a wide range of injuries.

Mai has a is an ALA Accredited Lymnphoedema Practitioner and completed her lymphoedema training at Macquarie University in NSW. Mai has a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy and has extensive experience in shoulder rehabilitation.
